If any of the products your purchase from us falls below the high standards you expect, we will happily refund or exchange it according to the terms and conditions set out below.
If all conditions are not met, VTraders reserves the right to refuse the return/refund and/or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Changes and Cancellation
All sales are final, however, cancellations and quantity reductions or additions may be made before the order is shipped. Please get in touch with our customer service team at +91 9995883889.
We may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by you.
This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. 100% payment shall be refunded, and the customer will be informed of the same.
If you have received an item in a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ condition, or it is ‘Not as Described’ by us, you may request a replacement within a 7 day period at no extra cost. After the 7 day window, the refund will be subject to the manufactures warranty.
All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. If any of these are found to be incorrect then the refund will not be processed.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
Special order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable.

You placed your order under “PRE-ORDER” or “SPECIAL-ORDER”. Since we would have further placed your order with a supplier and cancelling the order further will not be possible at our end.

Refunds & Credits
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account within 5-7 business days. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. Please note that we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
